1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Foxbrain Technologies Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Foxbrain Technologies provides software development, AI integration, cybersecurity, passwordless authentication, code review, and business consultancy services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or service contracts.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all intellectual property rights in our services, including software, designs, and methodologies, remain the property of Foxbrain Technologies. Client-specific deliverables will be transferred according to the terms of individual project agreements.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes technical specifications, business strategies, and any information marked as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxbrain Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services shall cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
